Penny and Raj

Employee Retention Supervisors

Polaris Financials’ newest department, Employee Retention, is manned by Penny and Raj. This dream team has the job of keeping employees on task by walking over keyboards and assuring that birds do not go unwatched. They are a hard-working team that got their start as kittens in our Virginia office and have thrived as employees. They are occasionally caught sleeping on the job but we don’t mind.
